LANDING EXPERIENCE

Mistplay is an Android app which provides an ecosystem for mobile gamers to discover new games and earn rewards for playing.

Context
At the time when I came to help Mistplay on their landing experience, they were still very small and a tight-knit team, but on the contrary, Mistplay app is available in 80+ countries around the world and Mistplayers were growing at rocket speed from 1,000 to 5,000 installs per day.
They were looking for refreshing their landing experience on the website to accelerate product promotion and market expansion.
My Role
Working alongside the founder and the VP, I worked on several consumer facing landing concepts.

The Journey
The journey began with a design challenge to reimagine Mistplay web space without major design constraints. I gave a quick pass and came up with 2 approaches of low poly, cartoony vs materialized look & feel.

Both options received good feedback from the team, since it was still an open design stage, we decided to move on with both versions and dive into details of page sections and initial sitemap.

After a few rounds of iterating on them, these are the latest demos built for visualizing both directions.
